We don’t want expense to prevent you from benefiting from the quality dental care that you need and want. That’s why we work to maximize your insurance benefits while making any remaining balance affordable. Please contact our office at (904) 733-3360 if you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance benefits.

We base our fees on the quality of the materials that we use and our experience in performing the treatment you need.

A 5 percent accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $300 are paid in full by cash or check on the day of treatment or in advance of a scheduled appointment.

Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard® are accepted in our office. We are also pleased to offer Capital One® Healthcare Finance^SM. This plan offers a convenient, low monthly payment plan, with no initial payment, for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. By offering Capital One® Healthcare Finance^SM, we help make it affordable and convenient for you to get the smile you truly desire.
